Job Position: Business Analyst - ORM Automation Implementation

Role Summary

We are looking for experienced Business Analysts with strong functional knowledge of Operational Risk Management (ORM) within the BFSI domain, along with hands-on experience in GRC platform implementation and support.

The ideal candidate must have expertise in business analysis and functional ORM processes, with the ability to support the implementation, configuration, and enhancement of ORM automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Operational Risk Management.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand ORM processes, business needs, and functional requirements.
- Support GRC platform implementation, configuration, and enhancements .
- Coordinate and manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT), functional testing , and production support activities.
- Manage stakeholder and vendor coordination throughout implementation.
- Ensure effective implementation and optimization of ORM automation solutions.

Required Skills Experience
- 3+ years of experience in Business Analysis.
- Strong functional knowledge and experience in Operational Risk Management (ORM) .




- Mandatory experience in the BFSI domain .
- Hands-on experience with GRC implementation, configuration, and support .
- Experience in UAT coordination and functional testing.
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
- Ability to understand business processes and translate requirements into functional solutions.

Preferred Platforms Experience with any of the following GRC platforms is preferred:
- ServiceNow ORM
- MetricStream
- RSA Archer
- SAP GRC
- Other similar GRC platforms

Significant Candidate Requirement
- Candidates must have both Business Analysis and functional ORM experience within the BFSI sector .
- ServiceNow ORM is preferred but not mandatory.
- Candidates with experience in other GRC platforms are also acceptable.
