We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with 8+ years of experience for an Remote opportunity with our Pharma client

Position Details:

- Role: Business Analyst – Clinical Operations / Data Warehouse

- Location: Remote
- Duration: 3–6 Months (Contract)
- Start Date: Immediate / ASAP / 12th November 2026 / URGENT HIRING
- Working Hours: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST (Supporting EST Business Hours)

Project Overview: The resource will support a project focused on establishing a Microsoft Fabric layer within the existing data warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Develop clear acceptance criteria for business and technical requirements.
- Create detailed test cases to validate requirements and solution quality.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project members.




- Support the implementation of Microsoft Fabric within the data warehouse.
- Translate business needs into actionable requirements for development and testing.
- Support testing and validation throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills:

- 8+ years of Business Analysis experience.
- Robust experience in requirements gathering and documentation.
- Hands-on experience developing acceptance criteria.
- Experience creating test cases and supporting validation activities.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in offshore hours aligned with EST business requirements.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in clinical studies or clinical operations.
- Experience working on data warehouse projects.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric.
