We are looking for a talented and business-focused IT AI Business Analyst to join our team and drive business transformation through Artificial Intelligence, automation, and data-driven solutions.

The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, IT teams, and AI specialists, translating business requirements into scalable technology solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with business stakeholders to understand business needs, identify challenges, and define AI-driven opportunities.
- Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements for IT and AI initiatives.
- Develop use cases, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Translate business requirements into functional, technical, and data specifications.
- Identify opportunities for AI, intelligent automation, predictive analytics, chatbots, and AI copilots.
- Collaborate with IT architects, developers, and data specialists throughout solution design and implementation.
- Coordinate testing, validation, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Ensure responsible AI adoption, data privacy,



governance, and compliance.
- Maintain clear and structured project documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT Business Analysis or a similar role.
- Experience with AI, data analytics, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Robust understanding of SDLC, Agile, and Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or GCP.
- Familiarity with AI tools, machine learning platforms, copilots, and chatbot solutions.
- Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
