We are searching an experienced Project Manager for overseeing our Government building construction project. This role ensures adherence to strict public-sector budgets, master schedules, statutory regulations, and quality standards while acting as the primary bridge between government bodies and execution teams.

Experience: Minimum of 10 years of government building projects (familiarity with CPWD, NBCC, PWD, or equivalent public works frameworks) .

Responsibilities:

- Manage or coordinate public tendering processes, review Bill of Quantities (BOQ), evaluate vendor and contractor bids, and oversee subcontractor billing.
- Act as the main point of contact for municipal authorities, government departments, architects, structural consultants, and site superintendents.
- Deliver formal periodic progress updates, quality assurance logs, variance reports, and risk assessment documentation to senior government agency.

Salary: 30,000-70,000/ month Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
