BRAND MARKETING SPECIALISTS

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic individual who understands what goes into building a great brand.

Someone who is passionate about branding, storytelling, positioning and communication, and can turn ideas into impactful marketing initiatives.

What will you be doing?

- Understand brand positioning, identity, target audience and brand differentiation.
- Develop brand communication, messaging and storytelling.
- Conceptualise and execute creative marketing campaigns.
- Plan and create content for social media and digital platforms.
- Work on creative briefs, presentations, mood boards and marketing collaterals.
- Research competitors, emerging brands, consumer behaviour and market trends.
- Maintain consistency in brand communication across all platforms.
- Independently take ownership of projects and drive execution from start to finish.

What are we looking for?

- Recent graduates in Marketing, or young specialists with expertise in Mass Communication, Advertising, Business or related fields.
- A genuine interest in branding, marketing and consumer behaviour.




- Good understanding of brand positioning and communication.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A strong creative instinct and an eye for design and aesthetics.
- Someone who can think creatively but is equally comfortable executing ideas independently.
- A self-starter who takes initiative and ownership.

Knowledge of creative tools will be an added advantage:

Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, ChatGPT, AI creative tools, CapCut and other content creation platforms.

You don’t need to know everything. We value curiosity, creativity and the willingness to learn.
