About Not Vanilla We're a Hyderabad-based design and marketing firm working across Branding, AI film, brand films, social media, UI/UX and business consulting. We work with brands that would rather be noticed than be safe.

We're hiring a Brand Manager to own our clients brands: understand their business, brief our creative teams, keep the work on strategy, and make sure everything we ship builds the brand.

What you'll do

- Own a portfolio of client brands: strategy, positioning, tone of voice and how it shows up across channels
- Be the client's primary contact: run reviews, present work, handle feedback
- Write sharp briefs for designers, filmmakers, social and product teams
- Plan brand calendars and campaigns across social, film, digital and offline
- Track performance and turn the numbers into recommendations
- Run competitor and category research
- Manage timelines, budgets and vendors so work ships on time and on brand
- Spot opportunities to grow accounts into new verticals and campaigns

What we're looking for
- 2 years in brand management, brand strategy or account management, ideally at an agency or fast-moving consumer brand
- Multi-channel brand experience, with work you can show and results you can talk about
- Strong fundamentals: positioning,



tone of voice, audience definition
- Ability to turn a business problem into a brief a designer or filmmaker can act on
- Confident client management: presenting, handling feedback, building trust
- Comfort with campaign planning, content calendars and basic performance marketing, including reading Meta, Google and Instagram insights
- Organisation across multiple accounts, timelines and budgets
- Clear writing and confident speaking in English (Telugu or Hindi is a plus)
- Working familiarity with Google Workspace, Notion, Meta Business Suite, Canva or Figma, and AI tools
- Good to have: exposure to film production, UI/UX or product launches, and a sharp sense of what's working on social right now
