Role & responsibilities --
- Develop and implement debt collection strategies and policies.
- Supervise, train, and evaluate collection agents, officers, and external agencies.
- Monitor aging accounts, analyze portfolio trends, and set recovery targets.
- Negotiate complex or escalated payment plans and settlements with delinquent debtors.
- Ensure full compliance with financial regulations, consumer protection, and collection laws.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts, performance metrics, and executive reports.
Preferred candidate profile --
- Team handling experience required.
- Currently he should be handled hard/soft BKT collection.
- Basis Legal knowledge required.
- Local candidate will be prepared.
- 8-10 Years pure collection experience required.
