Core Responsibilities

- Business Growth: Drive sales strategies to achieve the branch’s revenue, profitability, and customer acquisition targets.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate branch staff to foster a high-performance working setting.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily administrative tasks, manage budgets, control expenses, and ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Customer Relationship Management: Resolve escalated customer issues promptly to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Compliance & Risk Control: Ensure all branch operations strictly comply with corporate policies, safety standards, and legal regulations.
- Reporting & Analysis: Analyze local market trends, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and present regular financial and operational reports to senior executives.





Key Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in management, operations, or sales within a relevant industry.
- Skills: Strong leadership, strategic planning, financial acumen, conflict resolution, and proficiency in CRM/ERP software.
- Traits: Target-driven mindset, excellent decision-making abilities, and exceptional communication skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
