Graduate (Post Graduate Preferred) Experience

Minimum 5 years experience in the Stock Broking Industry

Functional Competencies

- Acquiring quality clients for Broking & Third-Party Products through networking, data base, market Intelligence, references from existing clients and assigned leads from the organization.
- Managing profit center operations with key focus on bottom line profitability by ensuring optimal utilization of available resources
- Responsible for new client acquisition and increasing depth in existing relationships
- Develop and maintain a long-term relationship with customers to maintain a high level of retention of the existing customer and focus on generating new business
- Maintaining channel partner relationship and providing services to new Sub-broker/Franchise/channel partners
- Responsible for achieving targets as assigned by the organization on monthly basis
- Understands clients risk profile and maximizes the risk vs. reward balance for individual clients by optimizing product mix




- Provide regular updates to the immediate superior as and when required
- Providing training to his team members and new recruits to take up responsibilities and ensure compliance with KYC/SEBI rules, regulations and legislation governing the financial services industry
- Ensure compliance of all processes according to company policies/ procedures including audit, RMS, statutory, review daily reports and take proactive action to ensure profitable and ethical business
- To keep one self-updated on the financial markets and in advisory products / services in particular
