We are looking for an experienced, target-driven Branch Manager to lead our team, manage branch operations and drive business growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Manage daily branch operations, from walk-ins to case filing •

- Lead, train and motivate counsellors, documentation and front-office staff •
- Achieve monthly revenue, lead conversion and enrolment targets •
- Conduct high-value client consultations and profile assessments •
- Ensure every file meets quality and compliance standards before submission •
- Keep the team updated on Canada, Australia, UK, Europe and Dubai visa rules •
- Build partnerships B2B and with colleges, universities and local referral networks •
- Plan local marketing,



seminars and education fairs •
- Handle client queries, escalations and feedback with honesty and care •

Requirements:

- 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Women candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
- Solid leadership and communication skills.
- Proven sales and team management abilities.
- Immigration industry experience preferred.

Compensation: Attractive Salary + Performance Incentives.
