We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to oversee branch operations, lead the counselling and sales team, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate must have solid experience in the study abroad industry and a proven ability to achieve business targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the branch.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the counselling and sales team.
- Counsel students regarding international education opportunities, courses, universities, and admission processes.
- Drive student enrolments and achieve branch revenue targets.
- Monitor team performance and ensure smooth branch operations.
- Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and university representatives.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and a high standard of customer service.
- Prepare regular business reports and updates for senior management.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the study abroad industry is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of overseas education, admissions, and counselling processes.
- Proven experience in team management and achieving business targets.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage branch operations independently.

- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
