We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to manage branch operations, drive sales growth, and lead the team effectively. Candidates with experience in the furniture or any retail industry will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day branch operations.
- Drive sales and achieve branch business targets.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the branch team.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Monitor sales performance and implement growth strategies.
- Ensure excellent customer service.
- Handle customer queries and escalations.
- Prepare regular sales and performance reports.
Candidate Requirements
- MBA or any graduate qualification.
- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Valuable communication and customer-handling abilities.
- Experience in sales and branch operations.
Preferred Candidates: Candidates from the Furniture background (or) Any Retail industries will be given preference.
