A. Business Development & Sales

· Achieve the assigned monthly sales target of ₹10 Crores and ensure sustainable business growth.

· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.

· Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance and take corrective actions to achieve targets.

- Identify new business opportunities and establish solid relationships with prospective clients and channel partners.
- Lead the branch towards achieving both financial and operational goals.

B. Team Leadership & People Management

· Build, mentor, motivate, and lead a high-performing sales and marketing team.

· Conduct regular performance reviews, coaching sessions, and team meetings.

· Drive the team to achieve individual and branch-level KPIs.

· Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

· Recruit, train, and develop employees to enhance overall team performance.

C. Customer Relationship Management

· Support Sales Executives during customer meetings and negotiations to facilitate successful closures.

· Assist the sales team in resolving technical queries raised by customers regarding construction projects.

· Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales lifecycle.





· Build long-term relationships with clients to enhance customer retention and referrals.

D. Marketing Management

· Oversee the implementation of branch marketing strategies in coordination with the Marketing & Sales Head.

· Review and provide strategic guidance on marketing campaigns to improve lead generation.

· Evaluate the quality, effectiveness, and consistency of social media content before publication.

· Recommend improvements to digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

E. Branch Operations

· Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the branch efficiently.

· Ensure smooth coordination between Sales, Marketing, Design, Estimation, and Operations teams.

· Monitor branch productivity and ensure timely execution of business activities.

· Maintain compliance with company policies and operational procedures.

F. Performance Monitoring

· Analyse sales reports, lead conversion ratios, and market trends.

· Monitor branch KPIs and implement improvement plans where required.

· Ensure accurate sales forecasting and business planning.

· Present periodic business performance reports to senior management

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
