Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced BPM Architect with robust expertise in business process management, workflow design, and API integrations, preferably in the US Healthcare domain.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and architect end-to-end business workflows using BPMN standards.
- Develop and optimize BPM architecture and workflow solutions.
- Design workflow orchestration, business rules, approvals, and exception handling.
- Integrate BPM solutions with enterprise applications using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Ensure workflow solutions meet performance, security, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills:





- 6- 10 years of experience in BPM and workflow architecture.
- Strong knowledge of BPMN 2.0 and workflow design.
- Hands-on experience in API integration (REST/SOAP).
- Experience with BPM tools such as Pega, Appian, Camunda, or IBM BPM is preferred.

Domain Requirements:

- Strong US Healthcare domain experience.
- Experience in Provider Credentialing or Provider Enrollment is highly preferred.
- Knowledge of provider onboarding, payer enrollment, and healthcare workflows.
- Understanding of HIPAA compliance is an added advantage.
