Job Summary

We are looking for a customer-oriented and technically knowledgeable Body Shop Service Advisor to manage accident repair enquiries, vehicle inspections, customer communication and coordination with the body shop team to ensure quality service and timely vehicle delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Attend customers visiting the body shop for accident repairs and vehicle damage assessments.
- Inspect vehicles and identify visible body damage.
- Prepare repair estimates and explain repair costs to customers.
- Coordinate with insurance companies for claim processing and approvals.
- Handle insurance surveyor inspections and follow up on claim approvals.
- Prepare job cards and maintain accurate vehicle repair records.
- Coordinate with body shop technicians, painters and workshop teams.
- Provide regular repair status updates to customers.
- Ensure timely vehicle delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Diploma or Degree in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Experience in automobile body shop operations is preferred.
- Knowledge of accident repair processes and insurance claims.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of vehicle estimation and job card preparation.




- Experience with dealership body shop operations will be an added advantage.

Job Summary

We are looking for skilled Body Shop Technicians to perform vehicle body repairs, accident damage restoration and panel replacement while maintaining Toyota's quality and safety standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Inspect vehicles and identify accident-related body damage.
- Perform denting, panel beating and body repair work.
- Carry out panel removal, replacement and fitting.
- Perform accident damage restoration and structural repairs.
- Assist in chassis alignment and body straightening.
- Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting.
- Coordinate with the painting team for repair and finishing work.
- Follow workshop safety procedures and repair standards.
- Maintain tools, equipment and a clean working workplace.
- Ensure quality repairs and timely completion of assigned jobs.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- ITI / Diploma in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Experience in automobile body shop repairs is preferred.
- Knowledge of denting, panel beating and accident repairs.
- Hands-on experience in vehicle body repair and panel replacement.
- Ability to work in a team and complete jobs within timelines.
- Freshers with relevant technical training may also apply.
