Hiring: BIS QCO Regulatory Compliance Specialist

Location: Balewadi, Pune

Payroll: TFS Global Payroll (Contractual Position)

Experience & Qualification

- Experience: 35 years
- Mandatory: 1–2 years of hands-on experience in BIS QCO and regulatory compliance.
- Qualification: BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Metallurgy or related engineering field preferred.

Job Responsibilities
- Monitor BIS notifications and government updates related to Quality Control Orders (QCOs).
- Understand BIS regulations, amendments and implementation dates.
- Check which BIS standards apply to company products, components and parts.
- Maintain BIS compliance records, Excel trackers and regulatory documentation.
- Update and manage compliance information in the company's portal (Mendix).
- Coordinate with different business teams for product and part-related information.
- Prepare weekly compliance reports and follow up on pending activities.




- Identify documentation errors and ensure records are updated correctly.

Required Skills
- Hands-on knowledge of BIS QCO regulations is mandatory.
- Knowledge of BIS certification, Scheme-I and Indian Standards (IS).
- Experience in regulatory or product compliance.
- Positive knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Mendix or similar compliance portal experience will be an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits
- CTC: Up to 4–4.5 LPA (depending on experience and skills).
- Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Monday to Friday).
- Shift: General Shift.
- Location: Balewadi, Pune.
