Position: BIM Modeler

Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled BIM Modeler with experience in developing accurate 3D models and BIM drawings for engineering and construction projects. The candidate should have hands-on experience with relevant BIM software and the ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain 3D BIM models as per project requirements.
- Prepare detailed drawings, layouts, and documentation.
- Coordinate with Architecture, Structural, and MEP teams.
- Ensure model accuracy and compliance with project standards.
- Identify and resolve clashes using BIM tools.
- Update models based on design changes and project requirements.

Required Skills:




- Hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and Navisworks.
- Understanding of BIM standards and workflows.
- Experience in 3D modeling and construction documentation.
- Valuable coordination and communication skills.

Qualification: Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or Architecture.
