Key Responsibilities:

- Installation and commissioning of medical equipment.
- Attend breakdown calls and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Handle servicing, maintenance and hardware/software updates.
- Provide remote technical support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Escalate technical issues and coordinate with internal teams.

Eligibility & Requirements:

- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Biomedical, Electronics, Instrumentation or relevant field.
- Experience: 3-7 years in the medical devices/healthcare industry.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
- Strong technical knowledge of medical equipment.

Product Segment: Ophthalmic Diagnostic & Surgical Instruments.

Maximum Salary: Up to 8 LPA
