Role & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and verify client RA bills and subcontractor bills.
- Handle BOQ, quantity take-offs and rate analysis.
- Monitor project quantities, measurements and billing progress.
- Prepare reconciliation statements for materials and work executed.
- Coordinate with site, planning and project teams for billing certifications.
- Maintain billing records, supporting documents and MIS reports.
- Ensure accurate and timely submission of invoices and payment claims.
Preferred Candidate Profile:
- 5–10 years of experience in Billing / Quantity Surveying.
- Experience in manufacturing plant, industrial or Greenfield construction projects is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of BOQ, RA Bills, quantity estimation and reconciliation.
- Candidates from residential, commercial building and Oil & Gas projects are not preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
