We are seeking a dedicated BFSI Executive to join our team in Kerala. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector, with a focus on CASA (Current Account and Savings Account) products. This role is crucial for driving customer engagement and enhancing service delivery in our financial services offerings.

Key Responsibilities

- Engage with customers to promote and explain CASA products, ensuring they understand the benefits and features.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and positive experience.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling financial products.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and regulatory changes affecting the BFSI sector.
