Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage a portfolio of High Net Worth Individuals (HNIs) and Institutional clients, providing personalized investment solutions through various products such as Mutual Funds, Bonds, PMS, AIFs etc.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase wallet share and cross-sell opportunities.
- Identify new business development opportunities through partnerships with distributors and other stakeholders.
- Provide training to internal teams on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
Job Requirements :
- 5-10 years of experience in Wealth Management or related field like HNI Client Handling, Sales & Distribution.
- Strong understanding of NISM certification requirements for Mutual Funds & Bonds.
- Proven track record in acquiring recent HNI clients through effective relationship building skills.
