Role Description The BDA (Intern) role at Innoknowvex is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the intern will support business development activities, including prospecting potential clients, conducting market and competitor research, and maintaining accurate records in CRM or internal tracking tools. The intern will assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and outreach materials, and will participate in calls, meetings, or demos with prospective partners under guidance from senior team members.

Day-to-day responsibilities also include coordinating with cross-functional teams,



following up on leads, and contributing to initiatives that expand Innoknowvex’s presence in the education technology space.

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal and written communication and active listening
- Basic understanding of sales or business development concepts, with an interest in lead generation, client outreach, and relationship building
- Analytical and research abilities, including comfort with market analysis, data interpretation, and structured problem solving
- Proficiency with productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, CRM or similar platforms) and ability to learn new digital tools quickly
- Demonstrated initiative, accountability, and willingness to work in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, collaborate effectively with team members, and manage time and priorities well
- Interest in education technology, learning innovation, or related domains; prior internship or project experience in sales, marketing, or edtech is a plus
- Current student or recent graduate in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred, though candidates from other disciplines with strong motivation are encouraged to apply
