Location: Ritz Classic, Goa
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, and other beverages.
- Provide excellent guest service and recommend drinks.
- Maintain bar cleanliness, hygiene, and grooming standards.
- Monitor bar inventory and maintain proper stock records.
- Ensure accurate billing and minimise wastage.
- Follow standard recipes and beverage quality standards.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as a Barman/Bartender preferred.
- Valuable knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, and beverages.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Positive attitude, presentable personality, and team spirit.
