A. Coffee & Beverage Preparation

- Prepare espresso, cappuccino, latte, americano, mocha and other coffee beverages.

- Operate espresso machines, coffee grinders and other beverage equipment.

- Prepare hot and cold beverages as per company recipes and SOPs.

- Maintain consistency in taste, temperature, presentation and portion size.

- Ensure proper milk steaming, frothing and latte art where required.

B.

Customer

Service

- Welcome customers and take orders politely.

- Explain menu items and recommend beverages according to customer preferences.

- Ensure timely and accurate order delivery.

- Handle customer complaints professionally.

- Maintain a friendly and welcoming café setting.

C. Hygiene & Food Safety

- Maintain cleanliness of coffee machines, counters and workstations.





- Follow personal hygiene and food safety standards.

- Ensure proper storage and handling of milk, coffee beans and other ingredients.

- Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) inventory practices.

- Maintain daily cleaning and sanitisation schedules.

D. Inventory & Stock Management

- Monitor daily consumption of coffee beans, milk, syrups and other ingredients.

- Inform the supervisor about low stock and replenishment requirements.

- Minimise wastage and maintain proper portion control.

- Check product quality and expiry dates.
