Role: Banquet Manager – Resort

Experience: 4–7 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee all banquet operations within the resort.
- Plan and coordinate weddings, corporate events, parties, and social functions.
- Handle client inquiries, event bookings, and event requirements.
- Prepare event plans, quotations, and banquet proposals.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their preferences and expectations.
- Supervise banquet staff, including captains, stewards, and service teams.
- Manage event setup, seating arrangements, decorations, and service execution.
- Coordinate with kitchen, housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments.
- Ensure food quality, presentation, and timely service during events.
- Monitor banquet inventory, equipment, and event supplies.
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and special requests.
- Monitor event budgets, operational costs,



and revenue targets.
- Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.

Required Skills:
- Experience in banquet management, preferably in a resort or hotel.
- Strong knowledge of banquet operations and event management.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and client-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Robust planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Budgeting, inventory, and cost-control knowledge.
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple events and work under pressure.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
