Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Barista with 3+ years of experience in caf or restaurant operations. The candidate should have good experience of coffee preparation, brewing techniques, beverage presentation and the ability to maintain quality standards while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a wide range of coffee and specialty beverages.
- Demonstrate expertise in espresso extraction, latte art and brewing techniques.
- Operate, clean and maintain coffee machines and equipment.
- Ensure consistency in beverage quality, taste and presentation.
- Guide and train junior baristas on beverage preparation and service standards.
- Monitor inventory and ensure the availability of coffee supplies.




- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness and operational standards at the beverage counter.
- Handle customer queries and provide beverage recommendations.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Barista in a premium caf, restaurant or hospitality setup.
- Robust knowledge of espresso-based beverages, specialty coffee and brewing methods.
- Expertise in latte art and coffee machine operations.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to lead and guide junior team members.
- Strong attention to detail, grooming and hygiene standards.
