Banking Business Analyst || Location : Pune || Type : Hybrid || Long term Extendable Contract with benefits

POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are looking for a Banking Business Analyst with strong experience in Investment Banking and Capital Markets. The role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, translating them into technology solutions, and working closely with business and technology teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into IT solutions

Conduct stakeholder interviews and requirement gathering workshops

Perform functional analysis and create functional design documentation

Design pragmatic solutions aligned to business and target-state architecture

Act as a liaison between business and technology teams

Support quality assurance, project delivery, and implementation activities





Work on compliance trade surveillance and regulatory monitoring initiatives

Required Skills:

Strong Business Analysis experience in Investment Banking or Financial Services

Strong understanding of Capital Markets including Equities, Fixed Income, FX, and Derivatives

Hands-on experience with SMARTS, TradingHub, Actimize, or similar Trade Surveillance platforms

Strong SQL and Data Analysis skills

Exposure to Azure Cloud including Data Ingestion, Data Cleansing, and Data Egress

Experience working in Agile and Scrum environments

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Valuable to Have

Scrum Master experience

Experience in compliance and regulatory surveillance projects

Experience working with global stakeholders and distributed teams
