Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and professional Banquet Manager to oversee banquet operations, manage events, and ensure smooth execution of functions. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients, managing staff, maintaining service standards, and delivering excellent guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee the complete banquet operations, including weddings, corporate events, parties, and special functions.
2. Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements, preferences, and expectations.
3. Plan and manage event layouts, seating arrangements, food service, and overall arrangements.
4. Supervise banquet staff, including captains, stewards, and service teams.
5. Ensure timely food and beverage service during events.
6. Coordinate with the kitchen, housekeeping, and other departments for smooth operations.
7. Handle guest queries, complaints, and special requests professionally.
8. Monitor banquet inventory, equipment, and operational requirements.
9. Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and service quality standards are maintained.
10. Manage event budgets,



control operational costs, and ensure profitability.
11. Prepare event schedules, staff allocation, and operational reports.
12. Ensure all events are executed smoothly from setup to closure.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 35 years of experience in banquet operations or hospitality management.
- Strong knowledge of banquet operations, event planning, and food & beverage service.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication, coordination, and client-handling abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously.
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Professional attitude with a customer-focused approach.
