Role Description The Bag Merchandiser role at NaukriPay Group is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Delhi Area.

The Bag

Merchandiser is responsible for managing product assortments, organizing displays, and ensuring that bag collections are presented effectively in retail environments. Daily activities include coordinating with sales and store teams, tracking inventory levels, monitoring product performance, and supporting promotions and marketing initiatives related to bag merchandising.



The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with retailers and customers, gathering feedback on product preferences, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to optimize visual merchandising and sales strategies. Attention to detail, timely reporting, and adherence to company standards and brand guidelines are key aspects of day-to-day work.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact effectively with customers, retailers, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Candidates should possess Sales and Retail skills to support in-store selling, product placement, and achieving sales targets.
- Candidates should possess basic Marketing skills to assist with promotions, visual merchandising, and brand representation.
- Relevant experience in merchandising, fashion accessories, or retail operations is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in the Greater Delhi Area, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in basic MS Office tools for reporting and inventory tracking is beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in Business, Retail Management, Fashion, or a related field is an advantage.
