Role Overview

We are looking for organised, presentable, detail-oriented, and responsible candidates to support our day-to-day back-office, production coordination, and business operations.

Eligibility:

Must-Have Criteria:

- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.

- Good overall academic record with consistently good academic performance.

- Presentable personality and qualified approach are mandatory.

- Maximum age: 25 years.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic to good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.

- Good organisational, coordination, and multitasking abilities.

- Attention to detail and a responsible attitude towards assigned tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain and update records, orders, and transactions.

- Manage data using MS Excel and internal systems.

- Maintain inventory and stock records.

- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams.

- Prepare reports,



documents, and other administrative records.

- Assist with audits and resolve discrepancies in records.

- Ensure timely completion of assigned operational tasks.
