Job Responsibilities

- Develop and manage B2B channel partners, dealers, distributors and system integrators across India.
- Identify and onboard new channel partners in key cities and markets.
- Build strong relationships with existing partners and drive repeat business.
- Promote and generate sales for Interactive Flat Panel Displays, Video Conferencing Solutions, Audio-Visual Products and related IT hardware.
- Generate new business opportunities through partner networks, market visits and direct outreach.
- Share product information, pricing, quotations and promotional schemes with channel partners.
- Coordinate with OEMs and distributors for product availability, pricing and sales support.
- Drive monthly and quarterly sales targets through the channel network.
- Track sales pipeline, partner performance and market developments.




- Coordinate with internal sales, presales and operations teams for order execution and customer satisfaction.
- Identify new business segments and opportunities for market expansion.

Required Skills
- Experience in B2B channel sales, dealer/distributor management or IT/AV product sales.
- Strong networking, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Good understanding of the AV, IT hardware or Unified Communications industry.
- Ability to develop new markets and acquire channel partners.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM and sales reporting.
- Willingness to travel across India.
- Target-oriented with strong communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with experience in Interactive Flat Panels, Video Conferencing, Unified Communications, IT Hardware or AV System Integration will be preferred.
