Hema Automation is looking for a skilled and result-oriented Electrical & PLC Estimation Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing technical and commercial quotations, electrical panel cost estimation, PLC automation proposals and material costing based on customer requirements.

The ideal candidate should have good technical knowledge of electrical control panels, PLC systems, automation products and the ability to prepare accurate and competitive quotations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare technical and commercial quotations for electrical control panels and automation projects.
- Study customer RFQs, technical specifications, BOQs and electrical drawings.
- Prepare cost estimation for MCC, PCC, PLC, VFD and control panels.
- Estimate PLC, HMI, SCADA, VFD, servo and other automation-related requirements.
- Select and calculate the cost of electrical components such as PLCs, HMIs, MCCBs, MCBs, contactors, relays, power supplies and control accessories.
- Prepare detailed BOM (Bill of Materials) and costing sheets.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain technical details and price quotations.
- Prepare techno-commercial proposals and submit quotations within deadlines.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Project teams for technical clarifications.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable technical solutions.
- Follow up on submitted quotations and support the Sales team in technical discussions.
- Maintain quotation records, costing databases and standard pricing formats.





Required Technical Skills

- Good knowledge of electrical control panels and industrial automation.
- Understanding of PLC, HMI, SCADA and VFD systems.
- Knowledge of Siemens, Mitsubishi, Schneider, ABB or other automation products.
- Ability to read and understand electrical drawings and technical specifications.
- Experience in electrical and automation BOM preparation.
- Knowledge of electrical component selection and costing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and quotation preparation.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.

Candidate Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in electrical estimation, PLC estimation or automation proposal engineering.
- Diploma / Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- Experience in electrical panel manufacturing or industrial automation companies will be preferred.
- Ability to independently prepare technical and commercial quotations.
- Candidates with practical knowledge of Siemens PLC and automation products will be preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
