Cinematic Digital Media is a video editing agency for YouTube creators. We're building a remote team of freelance editors for steady, paid, long-term work.

What you'll do:

- Edit YouTube Shorts: fast-paced, captions, sound design

- Edit long-form and documentary-style videos

- After Effects / motion graphics is a bonus

Requirements:

- A portfolio of your edits (YouTube or Google Drive link)

- Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve or CapCut

- Reliable internet and you meet deadlines

Payment is per video (Shorts: ₹400–800, long-form: ₹3,000–6,000 depending on length and complexity). Monthly earnings depend on how many videos you take. Payments are always on time.

How to apply: share your portfolio link, the software you use, your rate per Short and per 10-minute video, and how many videos you can do per week. Shortlisted editors will do a short PAID test edit.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
