Rudra Solarize System is looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking, and target-oriented Area Sales Representative to join our sales team in Chandigarh.

The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling solar products, generating new business opportunities, developing dealer and customer networks, and achieving sales targets in the assigned area.

We welcome candidates who have a passion for sales, good communication skills, and an interest in the growing solar energy industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote and sell solar panels and other solar energy products.
- Identify and develop new customers, dealers, distributors, and business partners.
- Generate leads through field visits, references, and market activities.
- Visit potential customers and explain solar product features and benefits.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and new customers.
- Achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Follow up on customer enquiries and convert leads into sales.
- Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, orders, and customer support.




- Maintain daily sales reports and customer databases.
- Follow up on pending payments and ensure timely collections.

Skills & Qualifications

- 0–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Experience in solar, electrical, electronics, or FMCG sales will be an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can also apply.
- Good verbal communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and close sales.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.
- Knowledge of Chandigarh and nearby markets is preferred.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
