Job Summary

Skymark Education is looking for an experienced Communication Skills & Interview Preparation Trainer to prepare study-abroad students for university admission and visa credibility interviews.

The candidate should be capable of improving students' spoken English, communication, confidence, and ability to express their thoughts clearly during interviews.

Key Responsibilities

- Train students in spoken English and effective communication.
- Prepare students for university admission and UKVI credibility interviews.
- Conduct mock interviews and regular practice sessions.
- Improve students' fluency, pronunciation, sentence formation, and confidence.
- Help students understand questions and frame clear, relevant answers.
- Develop listening, speaking, and presentation skills.
- Identify individual communication weaknesses and provide personalised training.
- Train students to confidently explain their course, university, academic goals, and study plans.
- Monitor student progress and interview readiness.
- Coordinate with academic counsellors and application teams.





Requirements

- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in Spoken English, IELTS, Soft Skills, Communication Skills, or Interview Training.
- Experience conducting mock interviews and student training.
- Solid teaching, coaching, and student-handling abilities.
- Knowledge of UKVI credibility and university interview processes is an advantage.
- Patient, approachable, and capable of training students individually and in groups.

Someone who can transform students with communication difficulties and low confidence into confident interview candidates.

Candidates with experience as Spoken English Trainers, IELTS Trainers, Soft Skills Trainers, Communication Trainers, or Interview Coaches are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
