Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Agentforce Technical Architect with strong expertise in Salesforce, Agentforce, AI-driven solutions, and enterprise architecture.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining AI architecture strategies, designing scalable Agentforce solutions, coordinating cross-functional teams, and driving AI initiatives from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities

1. AI Strategy & Architecture

- Define and evolve technical architecture strategies for AI initiatives.
- Align AI solutions with business objectives and platform roadmaps.
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, including LLMs, agentic frameworks, and automation platforms.
- Establish architecture standards, design patterns, and best practices.
- Assess technical feasibility, risks, security, scalability, and total cost of ownership.

2. Technical Leadership & Orchestration

- Coordinate engineering, data, product, and delivery teams.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable AI architectures.
- Conduct architecture reviews and technical governance sessions.
- Manage technical dependencies across multiple AI workstreams.
- Mentor technical teams and solution architects on AI-first design principles.

3. Agentforce Development & Delivery

- Design, develop, prototype, and deploy AI-powered agents and automations.
- Drive Agentforce implementation from proof of concept (POC) to production.
- Build integrations and custom automations where required.
- Promote rapid prototyping, working demos, and MVP-based delivery.




- Experiment with emerging AI tools, frameworks, and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 12+ years of overall IT experience.
- Strong experience in Salesforce architecture and technical solution design.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce.
- Strong understanding of AI, Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI concepts.
- Experience designing and implementing AI-powered agents and automation workflows.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce integrations, APIs, and platform architecture.
- Experience with Apex, Salesforce Flows, and Salesforce development.
- Understanding of enterprise architecture, security, scalability, and governance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and technical leadership skills.
- Ability to take AI solutions from concept to production.

- Salesforce Data Cloud / Data 360.
- Agentforce Topics, Instructions, Actions, and Guardrails.
- LLM integration and agentic frameworks.
- MuleSoft and enterprise API integrations.
- Experience leading cross-functional technical teams.
- Experience evaluating AI platforms and emerging technologies.
