Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall academic and administrative operations.
- Implement CBSE curriculum and educational policies.
- Supervise teachers and monitor academic performance.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment.
- Conduct staff meetings and parent-teacher interactions.
- Oversee admissions, examinations, and school activities.
- Improve academic standards and institutional development.
- Ensure compliance with CBSE guidelines.
- Coordinate effectively with management, parents, staff,



and students.

Eligibility Criteria

- Master's Degree in a relevant discipline.
- B.Ed. qualification is mandatory.
- Experience: 3–15 years in the education sector.
- Previous experience as Principal, Vice Principal, Academic Coordinator, or in a senior leadership role will be preferred.
- Strong knowledge of CBSE curriculum and school administration.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and management skills.
