Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced CEO with specialized knowledge and experience in the Makhana industry. The candidate should have strong expertise in Makhana sourcing, processing, roasting, product development, packaging, branding, sales, and distribution.

The candidate will be responsible for managing overall business operations, developing growth strategies, expanding the Makhana business, and improving company profitability.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the overall Makhana business operations.
- Have strong knowledge of Makhana farming, sourcing, procurement, and supply chain management.
- Manage Makhana processing, roasting, seasoning, quality control, and packaging operations.
- Develop new Makhana-based products and improve existing product quality.
- Drive sales and business expansion across retail, modern trade, distributors, and e-commerce platforms.
- Develop marketing and branding strategies for Makhana products.
- Build strong relationships with farmers, suppliers,



distributors, and business partners.
- Manage production planning, inventory, costing, and profitability.
- Lead all departments and ensure smooth business operations.
- Identify new market opportunities and expand the company's presence in the FMCG sector.
- Report business performance and growth plans to the Board of Directors.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- MBA in Business Management or a relevant field preferred.
- 10–15 years of professional experience, preferably in the Makhana or FMCG industry.
- Special experience in Makhana processing and business operations is highly preferred.
- Robust knowledge of Makhana sourcing, roasting, flavouring, packaging, and distribution.
- Experience in building and scaling a food processing business.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent business development and team management abilities.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates who have previously worked with Makhana manufacturing, processing, roasting, or branded Makhana food companies will be given preference.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
