Job Overview

Sysbreeze Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team on a work-from-home basis. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential students, explaining our courses and internship programmes, generating leads, and converting enquiries into registrations.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential students and customers.
- Explain the company's courses, internships, workshops, and training programmes.
- Generate leads and follow up with interested candidates.
- Handle incoming enquiries and provide course-related information.
- Maintain daily call records and follow-up reports.
- Convert potential enquiries into admissions and registrations.
- Achieve assigned calling and conversion targets.

Eligibility & Requirements





- Minimum 6 months of experience in telecalling or a similar field.
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and basic English.
- Confident in handling calls and convincing potential students.
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge.
- Good follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently from home.
