Job Summary

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and result-oriented Marketing Head to lead Autonity’s overall marketing activities. The role will focus on building the brand, managing marketing campaigns, developing influencer and brand collaborations, creating sponsorship opportunities, and driving customer engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute the overall marketing activities and strategies of the company.
- Head and manage all marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Develop and manage brand collaborations with relevant companies, brands, communities, and organizations.
- Identify and create sponsorship opportunities for Autonity to increase brand visibility and market presence.
- Identify, coordinate,



and manage influencers and content creators for marketing campaigns and collaborations.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns and online promotions.
- Identify new marketing opportunities, customer segments, and potential business opportunities.
- Work closely with the Sales Team to support lead generation, customer acquisition, and business targets.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities, trends, and customer preferences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, influencers, brands, and business partners.
- Plan and execute promotional events, campaigns, exhibitions, and product launches.
- Track marketing campaign performance and prepare regular reports for management.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
