Role Description This is a full time, on-site Automotive Service Advisor role based at Ducati Bengaluru.

The Service

Advisor will be the primary contact for customers, greeting them, understanding service needs, and documenting concerns accurately. Daily responsibilities include creating repair orders, coordinating with technicians, explaining recommended services and repair work, and providing clear cost and time estimates. The role involves monitoring service progress, updating customers regularly, ensuring vehicles are delivered on time, and reviewing final invoices for accuracy.

Advisor will also handle follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction, resolve concerns professionally, maintain service records, and support the dealership’s standards for safety, quality, and brand experience.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Vehicle Maintenance and Automotive Repair to understand service requirements and communicate effectively with technicians.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to manage client interactions, build trust, and support repeat business.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to explain technical information clearly, provide accurate updates, and coordinate with the service team.
- Prior experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or in a similar service role at a dealership or workshop is highly beneficial.
- Knowledge of motorcycles, preferably premium or performance brands, and enthusiasm for the Ducati brand will be an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple cases, use service management software, and maintain organized documentation.
- Relevant technical or automotive qualifications, or a diploma/degree in automotive engineering or a related field, are preferred.
