Automation QA Engineer We re looking for an Automation QA Engineer to design, build, and maintain automated test suites that help us ship reliable software faster. You ll work closely with developers, product managers, and manual QA to embed quality into every stage of the delivery pipeline.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable end-to-end test automation frameworks using Selenium or Playwright
- Write explicit, maintainable, and reusable automated tests for web applications and APIs
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI)
- Analyze test failures, identify root causes, and reduce flaky tests
- Collaborate with developers and product owners to review requirements and define test strategies
- Perform API testing and validate backend services
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data
- Track, report, and verify defects using tools such as Jira
- Contribute to code reviews for test code and promote automation best practices
- Mentor junior QA engineers and help improve team testing processes





Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in software QA, with a strong focus on test automation
- Hands-on expertise with Selenium WebDriver or Playwright (experience with both is a plus)
- Solid understanding of the SDLC, STLC, and Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Experience with API testing tools (Postman, REST Assured, or similar)
- Working knowledge of Git and CI/CD tools
- Automation setup using AI
- Scenarios and test case creation using AI
- Strong skills in test design, including regression, smoke, integration, and cross-browser testing
- Good written and verbal communication skills
