Role Description The Automation Builder will design, configure, and optimize automation workflows using Autom8AI’s platform for a variety of business use cases. Day-to-day responsibilities include understanding client and internal process requirements, mapping workflows, setting up triggers and integrations, and testing end-to-end automation to ensure reliability and performance. The role involves collaborating with product, operations, and customer-facing teams to translate business needs into practical automation solutions, documenting configurations, and iterating based on feedback and data.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Aligarh.

Qualifications





- Strong skills in workflow design, process mapping, and translating business requirements into structured automation steps.
- Experience working with automation or integration tools (e.g., no-code/low-code platforms, APIs, webhooks, or similar systems).
- Proficiency in logical thinking, troubleshooting, and debugging issues in complex, multi-step processes.
- Comfort with data handling, including setting up data flows between systems and working with basic data formats (such as CSV, JSON).
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to document workflows clearly, maintain organized records of configurations, and follow structured implementation practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or Business Systems) or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in operations, business process optimization, or automation implementation is a plus.
- Interest in AI-driven solutions and willingness to learn recent tools and technologies in the automation space.
