Job Overview

CADOPILAR is seeking a technically skilled Technical Executive – CAD Support with good AutoCAD knowledge, preferably in both 2D drafting and 3D modelling.

CADOPILAR is a professional alternative to AutoCAD, offering both a full 2D version (similar to AutoCAD LT) and a full 2D/3D version. The candidate will assist customers in installation, troubleshooting, product demonstrations, and migration from AutoCAD to CADOPILAR.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support to customers using CADOPILAR.
- Assist with software installation, licensing, activation, and configuration.
- Conduct product demonstrations and assist customers during trial evaluations.
- Help customers migrate from AutoCAD and understand CADOPILAR commands and workflows.
- Troubleshoot 2D drafting and 3D modelling issues.
- Explain CAD tools, layers, blocks, dimensions, layouts, plotting, and drawing management.
- Coordinate with the sales team for technical demonstrations and customer queries.
- Identify, document, and report software bugs to the development team.




- Prepare basic technical guides and troubleshooting documentation.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (preferred).
- Good working knowledge of AutoCAD 2D; knowledge of 3D modelling is an added advantage.
- Understanding of CAD commands, layers, blocks, dimensions, layouts, and plotting.
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
- Solid troubleshooting, analytical, and customer-handling abilities.
- Willingness to learn new CAD software and technologies.

Preference: Candidates educated in English-medium schools will be preferred.

Additional Advantages

- Knowledge of DWG/DXF file formats.
- Familiarity with AutoLISP or CAD customisation.
- Previous experience in technical support, software demonstrations, or customer training.
