Roles and Responsibilities

- Prepare 2D drawings in AutoCAD: plans, elevations, sections and detail drawings

- Draft architectural, structural and layout drawings from sketches, markups and instructions from engineers and architects

- Prepare working drawings, GFC (Good for Construction) drawings and shop drawings

- Create and update site layout plans, plot plans, road and drainage layouts

- Draft foundation, column, beam, slab and reinforcement detailing drawings as per structural designs

- Prepare electrical, plumbing and drainage layout drawings in coordination with consultants

- Revise drawings promptly based on site changes, client feedback and approvals, and maintain revision records

- Prepare as-built drawings after work completion

- Extract quantities and measurements from drawings to support BOQ and estimation

- Check drawings for errors,



dimensions and compliance with drawing standards

- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, architects and consultants

- Maintain an organized drawing register, file naming and version control

- Print, plot and issue drawings to site teams on time

Required Skills

- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D mandatory)

- Valuable understanding of civil and building drawings, and the ability to read structural and architectural drawings

- Knowledge of drawing scales, layers, dimensions, annotation and plotting standards

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
