Job Title: Assistant Manager / Manager O&M; Coordinator-Mumbai Location

Qualification: BE (Civil)

Experience: 6–10 Years

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate Operations & Maintenance (O&M;) activities across project sites as per Concession Agreement requirements.
- Monitor maintenance, repair, and rehabilitation works for flexible/rigid pavements and structures.
- Review technical reports, inspection findings, and other critical project documentation.
- Conduct periodic inspections, due diligence of project assets, and prepare cost estimates and rate analysis.
- Ensure compliance with technical schedules, contractual obligations, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with site teams to ensure timely execution of maintenance activities.

Required Skills

- Robust analytical and coordination skills.
- Good understanding of Concession Agreements (CA) and technical schedules.
- Experience in highway/road infrastructure O&M; projects, asset management, and rehabilitation works.
