- Assist the Chief Engineer in managing the overall engineering and maintenance operations.

- Supervise daily maintenance activities across the hotel/resort.

- Ensure proper functioning of electrical systems, DG sets, transformers, HVAC, air-conditioning and plumbing systems.

- Monitor and maintain water supply, sewage treatment plants (STP), water treatment plants (WTP) and swimming pool equipment.

- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, restaurants, kitchens, public areas and staff facilities.

- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of all equipment and machinery.

- Handle emergency breakdowns and ensure minimum operational downtime.

- Supervise and guide the engineering and maintenance team.

- Coordinate with external vendors, contractors and service providers.

- Monitor engineering inventory,



spare parts and maintenance expenses.

- Ensure compliance with fire safety, electrical safety and statutory requirements.

- Maintain maintenance records, equipment logs and departmental reports.

- Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, Kitchen and other departments to resolve maintenance issues.

- Implement energy-saving initiatives and cost-control measures.

- Ensure all engineering activities follow hotel SOPs and safety standards.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
