Responsibilities: Manage Direct and Indirect Taxation matters including GST, TDS, and Income Tax, ensuring timely filings and compliance.

Support Internal and Tax Audits, and coordinate with external auditors and consultants as required.

Tasks related to business and operational finance, including vendor payments, revenue tracking, cost control, and budgeting.

Ensure ongoing compliance with the Companies Act and Income Tax Act, and other regulatory requirements relevant to the wellness and retail sectors.

Prepare and review reconciliations, financial schedules, MIS reports, and audit documentation.

Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Service, Logistics) to align financial processes with business goals.

Provide financial insights to support strategic decisions,



including product investments, pricing, inventory control, and profitability analysis

Candidate Requirements:

6 to 8 years of relevant experience in Finance, Taxation, and Compliance, preferably in wellness, retail, or B2B product-based sectors.

Robust working knowledge of the Companies Act, Income Tax Act, and GST framework.

Excellent proficiency in MS Excel and ability to work with large datasets and reconciliations.

Highly proactive, result-oriented, and able to take full ownership of responsibilities.

Prior experience working with manufacturing, similar industry, start-up environment or with a CA firm is a strong advantage.

Educational Qualification: M. Com, MBA (Finance), or CA-Inter
