Description The Associate in the Production department will work closely with shift executives to maintain continuous manufacturing flow, troubleshoot equipment, and assist in the breakdown and setup of production lines. A solid understanding of blow‑molder machinery and a proactive attitude toward safety and efficiency are essential.

Responsibilities

- Monitor daily production activities and report deviations.
- Assist in the breakdown and setup of production lines.
- Support shift executives with equipment troubleshooting.
- Operate and maintain blow‑molder machines.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate production logs and documentation.
- Participate in routine preventive maintenance tasks.
- Coordinate material flow to minimize downtime.
- Identify and suggest process improvement opportunities.




- Assist in training new operators on standard procedures.

Qualifications

- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Technology, or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Hands‑on knowledge of blow‑molder equipment.
- Familiarity with production breakdown and setup processes.
- Ability to work rotating shifts and overtime as needed.
- Solid problem‑solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, ERP systems).
