As a SAP consulting generalist at PwC, you will focus on providing consulting services across various SAP applications to clients, analysing their needs, implementing software solutions, and offering training and support for effective utilisation of SAP applications. Your versatile knowledge will allow you to assist clients in optimising operational efficiency and achieving their strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP HCM solutions.
- Design, configure, and implement SAP HCM modules including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll, Benefits, and Personnel Development.
- Collaborate with HR business stakeholders to optimize HR processes through SAP.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshoot and resolve SAP HCM issues.
- Develop functional and technical specifications for custom enhancements or integrations.
- Provide end-user training and documentation.
- Support system upgrades,



patches, and enhancements in SAP HCM.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Payroll, Finance, and IT.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and audit requirements related to Human Resources.
- Participate in SAP HCM module upgrades and new implementations.
- Monitor performance and optimize SAP HCM system configurations.

Mandatory skill sets

- Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in SAP HCM implementation and support.
- Strong knowledge of SAP HCM modules: PA, OM, TM, Payroll, Benefits, and Time Evaluation.
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors is a plus.
- Experience with SAP configuration, integration, and data migration.
- Valuable understanding of HR processes and policies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of SAP scripting languages and tools (ABAP, LSMW) is a plus

Preferred skill sets

- SAP HCM Certification.
- Experience with SAP Fiori and SAP HCM cloud solutions.

- BE/BTech/MBA/MCA/CAs
- Degrees/Field of Study required: Bachelor of Engineering
